We accept returns on eligible items within the return window listed on this page, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition it arrived in. Because each piece is handmade, slight natural variations in colour or stitch are not considered defects.

Can I return a handmade product if I simply changed my mind?

Since each item is handcrafted in small batches, we generally accept change-of-mind returns only on selected items in resalable condition. We recommend reading product descriptions carefully and reaching out before ordering if you have any questions.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging. Email saanjhcrafts0@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0327 7702228, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as quickly as possible.

How long does a refund take to process?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment method.

Which items are not eligible for return?

Custom-made, personalized, and made-to-order pieces — along with items marked as final sale — cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Saanjh Crafts covers the return shipping cost. For other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
